Whether you’re a college student finding your footing, an aviation professional managing unique stressors, or someone exploring their LGBTQIA+ identity, I’m here to support you with warmth and understanding. My goal is to help you process experiences, build confidence, and create a life aligned with your values and aspirations.

This includes finding who you are when you go to college and are out on your own for the first time, exploring sexuality and gender, reconsidering values and beliefs, finding self after loss, and figuring out who you are in and outside relationships. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what goals you’d like to work toward. As we continue, I welcome feedback and am always open to adjusting our approach so you feel seen, supported, and empowered in every step of the process.
