My Approach
My approach is eclectic, blending person-centered therapy to honor your unique experience, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the different parts of your identity, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge and reform negative thought patterns and other modalities tailored to your needs. In our first session, we’ll discuss your goals and create a personalized plan to help you make meaningful progress. Throughout our work together, I welcome your feedback and adapt our approach to ensure you’re getting the most out of our sessions.
